Who needs Low Impact?

Those who are sensitive to caffeine but still want a little caffeine to get going. Pregnant and nursing women can benefit from this blend to still have a little caffeine without going over the recommended amount (200mg per day is recommended for pregnant and nursing women ). Low Impact is also a great choice for afternoon and early evening coffee without going full decaf.

How Strong is it?

We roast our blends to a medium degree (@212°C) to achieve a vibrant espresso, or sweet and full bodied filter. Low Impact is a full flavoured low caffeine blend, which cuts through milk very nicely.

Contains approximately 50mg of caffeine per 10g serving, when brewed to our recipes. This is around 60% less caffeine than our Full Speed blend and other regular coffees.

4 single shot drinks per day will yield a total of 200mg caffeine (400mg is recommended per day for healthy adults)

Low Impact is the blend Maria drank every day when pregnant and nursing our youngest bub. It hit the mark for flavour, intensity, and caffeine. Our baby might thank us, but Maria felt great to not have to give up the comfort of a morning cup (or 3).

Optimal caffeine dosing of 50-100mg per hour helps maintain a boost while avoiding caffeine crashes and sleepless nights later. This means with Low Impact you can have a single or double shot without worrying about going back for more.
